17:00 Doors Open - Louis Craighead
Louis Craighead is a fresh new talent with a promising future as a performer and recording artist. LC has a non-stop schedule playing gigs far and wide, performing as a solo act and with his band Show Me The Sky as well as preparing for life to study music at university. His cool and relaxed approach gives this young artist the style of a seasoned pro and the freshness and enthusiasm only found in youth.
18:00 The Caley Buoys
The Caley Buoys are a father and sons trio, taking their name from their love of the sea and possibly the best wee hotel in the world - The Caledonian Hotel in Beauly.
They can be found at sessions and festivals around Scotland playing traditional as well as contemporary fiddle tunes, with a strong piping influence and inspiration coming from as far and wide as Cape Breton to .. Cookney
Father Steve is a volunteer crew member with MRI and a full-time ambulance paramedic, while his boys are both crew from TS Carron, Stonehaven Sea Cadets.

Cory Davidson is a young and talented Stonehaven “loon” playing guitar and singing acoustic, folk and rock music.
Cory writes his own songs and takes his main influences from Neil Young, Jimi Hendrix and John Mayer.
Giving Cory a distinct sound that has his followers enthralled whenever he plays at the Folk Festival and the Feein’ Market.

Uncle Merv is a solo artist playing self-penned acoustic guitar instrumentals with Celtic, Classical, Spanish and Blues influences.

Uncle Merv has played many folk and guitar Festivals over the years ... with an ever increasing number of pub and wedding gigs keeping him within reach of the bar.

From a very young age Alec was always going to grow, this Peter Pan of piping is no stranger to the bright lights of stage and the graft of competition. Steeped in the tradition of Highland piping and survivor from the infamous “baravan”, Alec will spin and weave ancient and modern melodies as only a true piper can.

Fish Feathers McTeeth sounds like the aftermath of a hurricane through a supermarket, but is, in fact, the alter ego of folk music supremo Sandy Mathers. A near perfect blend of toe-tapping tunes, heart-breaking ballads and rousing sing-a-long classics, he promises a musical treat with bite.
